About the event
Join Sarah and Krista for a Birth and Baby Education Series that covers everything you need to know during your pregnancy, labour and postpartum. We focus on the medical side of birth as well as doula secrets for a positive experience.
This month, we will be sharing strategies for coping during labour - positions, tools, medications and interventions. Bring your partner if you can, this is a hands on class! All of our classes are interactive and inclusive.
